Now you need a place to Remember what you know, Recalibrate for the season you are in, and Refocus on the path ahead.
The Return is an immersive mentorship and community experience for women who have already invested deeply in their personal growth and want a trusted place to return to themselves, their faith, and what matters most.
Anchored by two immersive weekend gatherings and supported by intentional preparation and integration sessions with Kerry Tepedino, twelve guided meditations, personalized reflection tools, and a private community of experienced women.

You read the books. Joined the programs. Attended the retreats. Asked the difficult questions. Learned how your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns shape your life.
You strengthened your boundaries. Deepened your faith. Learned to recognize when you were abandoning yourself. Became more honest about what you wanted and what was no longer working.
You had breakthroughs. You changed. You did the work.
And eventually, you stepped away from the intensity of personal-development programs. Not because the work stopped mattering, but because you were ready to live what you had learned.
You wanted room to make your own decisions. To practice. To integrate. To live.
But life did not stop changing simply because you stopped attending programs.
New responsibilities appeared. Relationships shifted. Your body and energy changed. The world became louder. New seasons brought new questions.
And sometimes, old patterns returned in quieter, more sophisticated ways.
You found yourself overexplaining a boundary you once would have held clearly. Your calendar slowly began reflecting everyone else’s priorities instead of your own. You faced a decision and could not tell whether the voice you heard was wisdom, fear, guilt, or habit.
You knew you had tools, but in the middle of real life, you could not always tell which one you needed.
You do not need to start over. You need somewhere to return.
“There are still times when I struggle with the negative voices in my head, but I can feel my confidence growing by the day. My voice is more determined. I can focus longer, and I am seeing my goals in front of me.”
— KatherineAfter years of doing this work, many women begin to feel caught between two options:
Weekly calls.
More content.
More assignments.
Another structure to keep up with.
Keep pushing through.
Hope you notice the drift in time.
Try to self-correct without support.
Wait until life forces your attention.
You do not want another calendar filled with weekly calls and constant assignments. But you also know that doing everything alone is not the same as being strong.
You know that self-aware women still have blind spots. And that new seasons expose new layers.
Knowing the tools is not always the same as accessing them under pressure. And that some things become clear only when you step away from the noise and allow someone you trust to help you see beneath the surface.
The Return was created for the space between those two options.
It gives you enough support to stay close to the work and enough room to fully live your life.
An immersive mentorship and community experience for women who have already invested meaningfully in their growth and want a thoughtful, elevated way to continue.
The Return is anchored by two immersive weekend gatherings with Kerry Tepedino.
Around each weekend, you will be supported through intentionally timed preparation and integration gatherings designed to help you arrive with clarity, receive the experience more fully, and carry what changes back into your everyday life.
You will also receive personalized reflection and integration tools, twelve guided meditations, an exclusive Return Journal, planning support for the immersive weekends, and connection with a private community of women who understand the work.
You do not need to enroll with a friend or already know someone inside. The private community and preparation gatherings will give you time to begin meeting the women who will share the experience with you before you arrive for the first immersive weekend.
This is not another curriculum to complete.
It is not a beginner personal-development program.
And it is not a passive social club.
It is a place to return to yourself.
To return to what is true.
To return to God.
To return to clarity.
To return before you have drifted so far that life has to force your attention.
These are not three steps you complete once. They are a rhythm you return to throughout your life.
Remember what you already know.
Reconnect with the truths that changed you, the tools that helped you move through previous seasons, and the practices that help you feel grounded and present.
Remember the boundaries that protect your time, energy, and integrity.
Remember your voice beneath the opinions, expectations, and needs around you.
Remember what God has already shown you.
You do not need to relearn your entire journey. You need the space to reconnect with the wisdom you have already earned.
Life does not remain still.
The choices and tools that supported you in one season may need to be applied differently in the next.
Recalibration gives you the opportunity to pause and honestly assess what has changed, where you have drifted, and what now needs your attention.
It helps you recognize what is no longer working, which pattern has quietly returned, and what boundary or priority needs to shift.
Recalibration is not failure.
It is what emotionally mature women do when life changes.
Once you can see clearly, you can choose clearly.
Refocusing means deciding what deserves your attention, faith, courage, and energy in this season.
It means releasing the distractions, obligations, and emotional noise that have pulled you away from what matters.
It means hearing what God may be asking of you now and becoming willing to respond.
You do not leave with another complicated plan.
You leave knowing what matters, what needs to change, where your attention belongs, and what your next step is.
“I have gone from being someone who could not believe I could have an exceptional life to someone who is moving toward that life. This work has created room for belief in myself, a positive outlook, and a more fulfilling relationship with myself.”
— LindaYou are creating protected places in your life where you can notice sooner, adjust intentionally, and remain connected to what matters.
The Return is not about going backward.
You are not returning to the woman you were before.
You have lived too much. Learned too much. Changed too much.
You are returning to the essential parts of yourself that must move forward with you:
Your faith.
Your voice.
Your wisdom.
Your emotional steadiness.
Your inner authority.
Your relationship with yourself.
Your vision for your life.
You return to what is true so you can move forward without leaving the most important parts of yourself behind.

For more than two decades, I have had the privilege of walking beside women as they changed their health, relationships, confidence, faith, boundaries, businesses, marriages, and entire relationship with themselves.
I have watched women become more honest, grounded, courageous, discerning, and deeply connected to who God created them to be.
I have also watched what happens after a transformational program ends.
At first, there is momentum.
There is clarity. A new way of thinking, choosing, and responding.
Then life continues.
Responsibilities increase. Relationships evolve. New decisions arise. Old triggers return in unfamiliar forms. A season you have never lived before asks something new of you.
And too often, women believe they should be able to navigate all of it alone because they have already done so much work.
But completing a transformational program does not mean you will never need support again.
It means you may be ready to receive support differently.
You may no longer want weekly calls, constant assignments, or another curriculum to complete.
But you may still need a trusted room where you can exhale. A place where you do not have to explain why the inner work matters.
A community that understands the difference between temporary discomfort and true misalignment.
A mentor who can listen beneath the words, help you see what you may be too close to recognize, and guide you back toward what is true. A space where you can hear yourself and God more clearly before life becomes loud enough to force your attention.
That is why I created The Return.
Not to take you backward. Or to make you dependent on another program. And not to ask you to start over.
I created it to give you a meaningful place to pause, receive perspective, reconnect with what matters, and stay close to the woman you have worked so hard to become.
I created The Return to help you honor how far you have come and remain open to the woman God is continuing to call you to become.
With love,
Kerry
The heart of The Return is two immersive weekend gatherings with Kerry Tepedino.
Each gathering begins Friday evening and concludes Sunday afternoon.
These are not traditional retreats built around a fixed curriculum.
Each experience will be created dynamically around the women attending, the seasons they are navigating, the themes emerging inside the group, what is happening in the world, and Kerry’s discernment about what the room needs most.
The first immersive gathering is planned for December.
Dates for both gatherings will be selected in close coordination with members to maximize participation.
Both immersive weekend gatherings are included in your enrollment.
Travel, lodging, meals, transportation, and personal expenses are not included.
Before each weekend, you will be guided through intentional preparation so you arrive aware of what is present, what needs your attention, and what you want to receive.
During the gathering, you will step away from the noise and demands of everyday life and enter a space created for:
You will have room to recognize what has been quietly asking for your attention, receive perspective, make decisions you may have been postponing, and remember what is true.
Afterward, you will receive structured integration support so the experience does not end when you leave.
The biggest shift for me has been to stop being at the effect of toerhs and circumstances. I have started being at cause of everything in my lift and this allowed me to change my behavior to achieve the results that I really want.
— JocelynLife does not stand still after one powerful weekend.
New decisions arise.
Relationships shift. Responsibilities change. Old patterns can return in new forms. What felt clear six months ago may need to be revisited as your life, priorities, and season continue to evolve.
That is why The Return includes two immersive weekend gatherings.
Because creating space to reconnect and recalibrate more than once matters.
Step away from the pace, noise, and responsibility of everyday life.
Reconnect with yourself, your faith, your body, your truth, and what matters most now.
Notice what has been buried beneath busyness, expectation, or emotional fatigue.
Look honestly at what has shifted since the last time you gathered.
Adjust your boundaries, priorities, choices, rhythms, and direction for the season you are actually in.
Return home grounded in what is true now—not only what was true before.
Twice each year, you will have a protected place to pause before life becomes loud enough to force your attention.
A place to ask: What has changed? What needs my attention now? Where have I drifted? What am I being invited to strengthen, release, or choose next?
The two gatherings are two intentional opportunities to return to yourself, reconnect with God, recalibrate for the season you are in, and refocus on the path ahead.
Because the woman you are in the spring may need something different from the woman you are in the fall.
The live virtual gatherings inside The Return are intentionally built around the two immersive weekends.
Rather than adding another standing monthly commitment to your calendar, these sessions take place when they can support you most.
You will meet twice before and twice after each immersive weekend.
This creates two complete cycles of: Preparation. Transformation. Integration.
Every virtual gathering will be recorded, so you can stay connected to the experience even when you cannot attend live.
You will gather with Kerry and the women inside The Return to slow down and recognize what is present in your life.
You will reconnect to process what emerged and bring your insights into everyday life.
The weekend does not end when you leave.
The integration is part of the transformation.
Before each immersive weekend, you will complete a guided reflection designed to help you recognize what is present, what needs your attention, and what you want to receive from the experience.
This is not a generic intake form.
It is a thoughtful process that helps you slow down, listen more closely, and arrive with greater clarity about the season you are living.
Your responses will also help Kerry understand the collective needs of the women attending so she can shape an experience that is timely, relevant, and deeply connected to what is actually present in the room.
You will complete one Personal Return Map before each immersive weekend.
Meaningful insight matters.
But insight alone does not create lasting change.
After each immersive weekend, you will create a Personal Integration Plan to help you protect what became clear and bring it into your real life.
This process will help you move beyond inspiration and define the decisions, boundaries, rhythms, conversations, and commitments that will support the woman you are becoming.
Your post-gathering sessions will help you stay connected to that plan when responsibilities, old habits, and everyday demands begin competing for your attention again.
You will complete one Personal Integration Plan after each immersive weekend.
Every woman inside The Return will receive a thoughtfully designed physical journal created specifically for this experience.
Your journal will become a personal companion through both immersive gathering cycles.
It will give you one place to capture what you are noticing, what God may be revealing, what you are choosing, and what you do not want to lose once everyday life resumes.
This is not another workbook to complete perfectly.
It is a place to collect the thoughts, truths, prayers, decisions, and moments that matter.
A new downloadable guided meditation will be released on the first of each month.
Each meditation will support the themes, needs, and conversations emerging inside The Return.
You can return to them whenever you need to:
These meditations are not simply more content.
They are resources you can keep close throughout the experience and beyond.
They allow The Return to remain present in your life without requiring another standing call on your calendar.
You do not need to join The Return with a friend or already know another woman inside.
It is completely natural to feel nervous about walking into an immersive weekend where you may not know anyone yet.
That is one of the most important reasons the private Facebook community begins before the first gathering.
From the time you enroll, you will have opportunities to begin meeting the women who will share the experience with you.
You will begin learning their names, hearing parts of their stories, recognizing shared experiences, and building the familiarity that makes arriving in person feel warmer and more natural.
By the time you walk into the first immersive weekend, you will already have begun forming meaningful connections.
The community will also remain available between the preparation sessions, immersive weekends, and integration gatherings as a place to:
Kerry will participate periodically, while the heart of the space remains the relationships and support shared among the women inside.
This is not another online obligation.
You will not be expected to post constantly, keep up with endless conversations, or perform your growth for the group.
The community is there to make your investment feel safer, richer, and more sustainable—not to add another responsibility to your life.
The immersive weekends are included in your enrollment, and our team will provide clear logistical guidance to make planning easier.
You will not enroll and then be left to figure out every detail alone.
Our team will share the information you need to prepare with greater ease, make informed travel decisions, and arrive ready for the experience.
Dates for both immersive gatherings will be selected in close coordination with members to maximize participation.
Travel, lodging, meals, transportation, and personal expenses are not included.
The goal is not to create another complicated process.
It is to remove unnecessary uncertainty so you can focus on preparing for the experience itself.
“Kerry and the community stood beside me. I can see how far I have come in one year. The fears, doubts, and other shadows no longer have the same hold on me.”
— TracyThis experience is designed for a woman who has already done meaningful personal-growth work and is ready to receive support in a more spacious, intentional way.
You do not need to be rescued or fixed.
You want a place to Remember, Recalibrate, and Refocus.
This experience is for a woman who is willing to pause, listen, prepare thoughtfully, receive support, and integrate what becomes clear into her real life.
She wants meaningful support without recreating the structure she has already outgrown.
It is completely natural to feel nervous about walking into an immersive weekend where you may not know anyone yet.
The private community and preparation gatherings will give you time to begin learning names, hearing stories, recognizing shared experiences, and building familiarity before you arrive in person.
You are joining primarily for yourself, but you will be surrounded by women who value the same kind of growth, honesty, faith, and meaningful connection.
The community is supportive infrastructure, not another responsibility. You will not be expected to post constantly, keep up with endless conversations, or perform your growth for the group.
You recognize drift before it becomes disconnection.
You notice when you are overriding yourself, tolerating too much, or allowing an old pattern to regain momentum.
You remember the tools before the situation becomes more painful.
You make decisions from greater clarity instead of urgency, guilt, fear, pressure, or the need for approval.
You adjust your boundaries before resentment builds.
You become more honest about what is no longer working and what this season actually requires.
You reconnect with desires and priorities that have been buried beneath responsibility.
You create room to hear what God may be showing you.
You remain connected to the woman you have worked so hard to become.

Kerry’s work goes beyond surface motivation.
She helps women recognize the beliefs, emotional patterns, identities, habits, and choices shaping their lives—and gives them practical ways to create lasting change.
Her work brings together mindset mastery, emotional growth, embodied health, self-trust, personal responsibility, and faith.
She also has a rare ability to read the room.
To recognize what is present beneath the words being spoken.
To sense the theme that needs attention.
And to create experiences that feel timely, relevant, and deeply personal to the women attending.
Inside The Return, you are not receiving a generic curriculum.
You are receiving Kerry’s guidance in the environments where it can have the greatest impact.
“In less than one year, I stepped out of ‘not good enough,’ became more confident charging what my work is worth, took a leadership role in coaching within my workplace, and moved confidently toward my dream role.”
— CelineThe value is knowing you already have a trusted place to come back to.
You do not have to wait until you feel completely disconnected from yourself.
You do not have to search for a new retreat every time you need perspective.
You do not have to join another intensive program simply because you want meaningful mentorship.
You do not have to wonder whether the experience will be relevant to what you are actually going through.
And you do not have to leave a powerful weekend and then figure out alone how to make it matter in your everyday life.
You will slow down, recognize what is present, clarify what needs your attention, and enter each immersive weekend with greater intention.
Your Personal Return Map helps you arrive connected to the season you are actually living.
The preparation gatherings also give you time to begin meeting the women who will share the experience with you.
You will have a clear process for protecting what became clear, strengthening your decisions, and translating insight into real change.
Your Personal Integration Plan helps keep the experience from fading once everyday life resumes.
The post-gathering sessions give you a place to work through resistance, reconnect with your commitments, and continue moving forward.
You do not need to enroll with a friend or already know another woman inside.
Through the private Facebook community and preparation gatherings, you will begin learning names, hearing stories, recognizing shared experiences, and building familiarity before you meet in person.
That means you do not have to spend the opening hours of the weekend wondering whether you will fit in or trying to find your place.
You are joining primarily for yourself, but the women around you will make that investment feel safer, richer, and more sustainable.
The community is there to support your experience—not to become another responsibility on your calendar.
Your immersive gatherings are already part of your life.
Your preparation and integration sessions are already built around them.
Your meditations are available whenever you need to become grounded again.
Your Return Journal holds what you do not want to forget.
Your community is there before you arrive and between the moments when you gather.
And the practical details are supported so you can focus on the experience itself.
Without The Return, you may continue trying to notice everything alone.
You may wait until life becomes painful enough to demand your attention.
You may begin searching again for a mentor, retreat, community, or short-term program every time you feel disconnected.
With The Return, your places to prepare, connect, remember, recalibrate, integrate, and refocus are already built into your life.
Every element is designed to help you prepare thoughtfully, experience meaningful transformation, and integrate what changes into your real life.
