NOW is the time for you to change
ByKerry
Change happens to all of us and yet we still try to avoid it.
In fact, our brains work hard to keep us doing the same things over and over again. That’s because this is much more efficient, as it requires thinking less and not using as much energy. Given that our brains would rather stay on the same path than divert onto an alternate route, it’s easy to become a victim of our bad habits and refuse to take part in the upheaval that real change requires.
Ultimately, avoiding change just fosters stagnation, mediocrity, and sheer boredom.
Getting Stuck in a Pattern
It’s very easy to get stuck in a cycle or in a routine that we’ve been in for a while, and it’s hard for us to notice sometimes even when it’s clear to the people around us that we need to make a change. And that change could be in your health and wellness, finances, career, or relationships. Mary Morrissey says, “When you’re in the picture, it’s hard to see the frame”
And she’s absolutely right. But that doesn’t spell doom for you because there are those red flags in your life that can help you see more clearly. You’ve probably noticed them but have been turning a blind eye because you just don’t know how to work towards making that crucial change. Worry not because I am here.

Signs That You Need to Make a Change
One of the things you should look for is when you’re constantly feeling like you’re trying really hard to force things to change and it’s just not working. You could be pushing really hard to make a relationship work or to get a promotion at work. That would be a good time to take a step back and reassess things so you can come up with a better way of dealing with it. You don’t necessarily have to change your goal, but it might mean that you shift and change who you are and how you’re trying to solve it so that you can get a different result.
You might even realize that it was the wrong path for you and the best way to achieve that is by getting curious and interested in regards to how you’re showing up in that space of wanting to make that change happen.
Believing in Yourself
Please note that this is not about the victim mentality because the victim mentality is when we’re blaming others for not achieving the results that we want. This is about believing in yourself and I want you to believe that you can create anything you want in your life. And one sure way of learning how to do that is to come to The Believe Event because it will help you go to the next level in ways that you’ve never even thought possible. It’s the event of the year for women who are ready to transform themselves and their lives. Every attendee walks away from the event with a clear blueprint for their life and I have had countless women tell me that The Believe Event was the defining moment where they woke up and everything pivoted or changed in their favor. It’s going to be online this year so there’s absolutely no excuse for you to miss it.
