During the Clarity Phase, we channel your thoughts into answering some critical questions about your life and what you believe. We want to make sure that you do not get to the end of your life and look back with any regrets. Every thought in this phase adds more definition to the vision of your dream life.
As we transition to the Why Phase, we use your thoughts to uncover the reasons behind your desires, barriers, and what it is costing you to not do whatever it takes to create your dream life. We get intimate and honest with ourselves, deepening into self-discovery and understanding.
In the How Phase, we reprogram your thoughts that aren’t working for you, and dive deep into HOW to make your dream life happen. Now that you have clarity on what it is you want, and why you want it, we get to bring it all to life without overwhelm and in a way that has been proven to work.
The Allowing Phase requires you to let go of any thought or belief around unworthiness and undeserving. We start to reprogram you in giving yourself permission to be a YES to your big dream life. We help you let go of all scarcity. Each thought in this phase removes a blockage, paving the way towards our dream life.
During the Sustaining Phase, you will be training your thoughts to help you identify possible distractions and patterns that could pull you off course. We focus on how you will sustain your new skills for years to come. We help you learn to maintain momentum and stay on track towards your dream life.
Finally, in the Next Steps Phase, we deepen and strengthen your thinking with integrating your experience, differentiating between a lifestyle change and a quick fix, and staying connected with your dream life.
